The day

  1. Next: Check-in opens Everyone on your Cup list checks in
  2. Check-in closes Cup lists are final
  3. Bracket out Seeds and byes are fixed
  4. First Fixtures Be ready to join

Before the start

  • Your Team enters a Cup list of 9–12 players: the Main roster first, then the Subs in order (if a Main roster player leaves the Team, Sub 1 takes their place). Once your Team is in, everyone on it may play. Your Captain or a Co-captain can change it until check-in closes.
  • At least 5 players from your Team must check in to play, and your Captain or a Co-captain must check in too (they can be one of the 5).
  • Leave your Team and you can play for another one until check-in closes, but not after.
  • Seeding uses the top 9 Cup Ratings on your Cup list (their pug Rating if they have none yet). Top Seeds get byes, and the Bracket doesn't change once it's out.
  • This Cup is rated.

Playing a Fixture

  • Double elimination. Lose once and you drop to the Lower Bracket, lose twice and you're out. Lose an Upper Bracket Fixture by Walkover without playing a map and you're out straight away. The Grand Final is best of three, and the Upper Bracket winner starts 1–0 up.
  • Maps: Semi-finals: Veto · Upper Final: Veto · Lower Stage 1: Steel · Lower Final: Veto · Grand Final: Veto, Bo3.
  • Where the maps say Veto, the two Teams pick and ban them in turn.
    • The pool is 7 maps: Steel, Ashville, Lakeside, Product, Swiftwater, Upward, Vigil.
    • It starts a minute after both Teams are known. Each Turn is 30 seconds; miss it and we pick at random for you.
    • Team A is the one from the higher bracket, then the higher Seed; Team B is the other.
    • Your Captain or a Co-captain makes your Team's picks and bans.
    • Best of one: Teams take turns banning until one map is left.
    • In the Grand Final the Upper Bracket Team gets Map 1 and bans instead of picking.
  • Your game starts about 5 minutes after your opponent is known (a little longer if there's a Veto), or sooner if both Teams say they're ready.
  • Be on the server within 12 minutes of the game opening. If your Team has fewer than 5 on the server by then, you lose the map by Walkover. Your Captain or a Co-captain can add 5 minutes once per Fixture.
  • Best of three, with a break of 2 minutes between maps. Each map is on a new server, so reconnect. A Walkover only counts for that map.
  • The Cup runs until it has its Champions.
  • An Admin can end the Cup early. A map in play is finished, every other Fixture is settled, and each Team keeps the furthest Stage it reached.
  • An Admin can delay the Cup, even to another evening. During a delay of more than an hour, once no map is in play, you're free to play pickup Games until 45 minutes before the Cup goes on again, if that is still 30 minutes or more away.
